Motion care has a duty of care to vulnerable service users that we serve/support. A person’s prior convictions may be relevant to the performance of their duties. Therefore, all preferred applicants for employment within the agency must undergo criminal record checks prior to employment. This is to ensure that a criminal conviction that might be relevant to the position can be identified and assessed in terms of any potential on-going risk.
Due to the nature of our scope of work, all jobs will require an enhanced disclosure check.
