Our staff will be providing exceptional, flexible and convenient high quality service as we ensure that they are competent in delivering the required services to our service users with their excellent skills, capabilities and experience in the sector.
We also train them inhouse with qualified trainers and support them to gain required accreditation and qualifications so that they work to the best of their abilities efficiently and productively in line with organisational objectives of delivering best care services
We also encourage our staff to gain personal and professional development so that they work skilfully and happily taking ownership for shared responsibility.
We have started to show our ability to showcase our cost efficiency without compromising the service quality by initiating of delivering our services within a circle of a geographical area of surrey county council allowing us to be more cost effective services within a targeted time frame
Building up a strong relationship and rapport winning the trust by providing/delivering quality care service for our existing customers/service users continuing to attract more people to our services embedding ourselves in more communities expanding into new geographical areas and enhancing reputation by spreading word of mouth and progressing in future by offering and upgrading our services while growing to drive revenue.

Our Management and Investors have given a thoughtful considerations for needs of the hour to reduce the downward pressure on the high cost for care offered by care homes have initiated this Dom care support services close to home which is based on the principles and approaches of family / community based rehabilitation.
They have witnessed the failures of Home care services and understood that it was not only unaffordable to the families and communities of vulnerable service users who need care services and / the local governments they live in and belonged to but also as most of their care needs are not so complex and can be managed within their own home but with certain support services offered through Domicillary care Agencies so that they receive care services to maintain a best possible independent healthy lifestyle based on each service user’s needs, preferences and abilities.
Motion care Ltd strongly believe that this gap could be reduced and supported by offering their exceptional quality Domicillary care services;

- We would like to have enough staff to make sure our service users receive a reliable service that is not rushed. Staff have the right mix of skills to make sure that they are kept safe.
- We train our staff to deal with incidents and accidents quickly and transparently (and investigate them if necessary) to maintain quality so that they learn from mistakes.
- We ensure our staff attend to the medication needs and give medicines timely safely and store them correctly.
- We choose our best suitable staff so that they can provide with the right care, based on their knowledge, qualifications and skills.

- We undertake to ensure If the care needs and preferences of service users as well as the risks associate with them, their abilities and life styles are changed , the Risk Assessments and the care support plan also will be reviewed periodically and accordingly. We ensure that they are maintained up to date, and all those who need to know, like other service providers , are kept informed promptly .
- We are happy to undertake If our clients need to visit hospital or use another service, we make sure it goes as smoothly as possible. (with prior notice)
- We are happy to listen to If our clients have any concerns or complaints, we always take them seriously, investigate them thoroughly and respond to them .
- We ensure that Our staff are supported by their managers/Team leaders, and can easily meet other staff members to share views and information for more effective service delivery to the industry best standards and the regulatory requirements.
- We ensure Our staff and managers work efficiently, effectively and collaboratively with others who may be involved in providing other services ( partnership working ) , such as local council, multi-disciplinary team members such as GP, District nursing etc
- We undertake that Our Manager and staff know what their responsibilities are and we always be honest, including when things go wrong.
- We ensure our staff keep learning and they are given the right training and opportunities to get better at their job so they achieve productivity and efficiency in doing a quality job
- We work out best productive services together with our expertise together with the families and other like-minded individuals and organisations who share our values to offer quality care services to our service users.
- We do have our internal control systems and processes and do our own Audits for checks and balances so that we are compliant and compliant free as much as possible.
- We value our staff and service users and their families and other professionals involvement and goodwill is greatly valued and therefore if any of you feel that the quality or level of service provided falls short of what could be reasonably expect, we ensure we entertain complaints through our complaints procedure and we would like you to tell us about it so that we undertake investigation into the circumstances leading to the complaint and work on it with a reasonable time to ensure the compliance.
